Some Reports are always empty

Created 2003-07-02 by Wajih-ur-Rehman

When I generated Logon / Log off report and Last Log on report, they don't show any data. What's wrong?

For these 2 reports to work, its necessary that you are auditing Log on and Log off events because this report is based on these event ids. If you are not auditing for Log on and Log off values then there would not be any value corresponding to these events in your Windows Event Log and consequently, EventReporter or MonitorWare Agent will not log any Log on or Log off entry in the MonitorWare Database. To turn the auditing on for Log on and Log off, go in Administrative Tools>Local Security Policy>Local Policies>Audit Policy and Audit for both Success and Failure.
