If MonitorWare Console experiences unexpected problems, it throws a so-called exception. This will cause the window shown below to appear. That window contains the problem cause in very technical terms. If the message does not make sense to you, you can email it to Adiscon support. To do so, press the "Send Email" button. Be sure to enter some information on what you did when the problem occured. Enter that into the comments field. Problem reports without a comment can not be mailed.

Otherwise, error report can not be sent. In this case a notification is shown either if the Comments field is empty or the input is too short.

Comments
Here you can enter some comments which you want to send to our support team. It is highly appreciated to write down the steps you have done before the exception was thrown.
Clipboard
Press this button to copy the contents of the message and details fields into your clipboard.
Send Email
After entering some comments for our support team press this button in order to send an email to us.
Close
Closes the exception handler form.
