This form displays the report options. If you double clicked on any "Template", then in that case, this form will open up. On the other hand, if you double clicked on any "Saved Report", then this form will open up and will display you the settings that you had saved.
Advanced Filters
In some of the reports, you will find this Advanced Filter Button on the Filter Form. These filters are required specifically by the current report and don't have any thing to do with the underlying database. For example for the System Status Report, clicking on "Advanced Filters" button will open up a form similar to the one shown below:

Generate Report
This button will generate the report according to the settings that you have made in this form. Note: Generate Report button is only available if a "Saved Report" was selected. Generate reports from a "Report Tempalte" is not possible. Furhter, if you haven't selected a data source for this report, then the button will be gray and not clickable. This means that you have to complete your settings and save them first. If you just changed some settings and want to generate a report, you will be automatically told that the settings have changed. Respective you have to save the report first in order to generate a report with the new settings.
Save
Initially you can only see so called template reports. To run a report you have to configure and save it. Then it is called a "Saved Tempalte" (or sometimes also refered as "Custom Report"). Saved Report include information about the data sources which should be used, filter options and so on. Clicking "Save" displays the following form:

Users must enter a "Report Title" and optionally, some short description for later reference. This information is later displayed in the Report Manager form for quickly finding the desired report.
Important point to note is that you can modify a Saved Report and save it under an other name. So you can quickly configure similar Saved Reports which minor configuration changes. E.g. just change the time filter.
Save and Close
This button saves the custom report like above, but it closes the properties windows right after that and returns you to the Report Manager interface.
Close
Simply closes this form.
