Cisco VPN Concentrator Bonus Reports
Reporting Engine of MonitorWare Console supports Plug and Play reports. As part as so called bonus reports three bonus reports related to
Cisco VPN concentrator are added to MonitorWare Console. You can also ask for a specific report according to your needs and that will be
termed as Requested Report.
1. Cisco VPN Concentrator Locked Report
This report displays a list of all those users whose accounts have been locked. Following filters can be applied on this report.
- CustomerID
- DeviceReportedTime
- SystemID
- FromHost
This report is generated on messages having Syslog tag = AUTH-4-5.
You can apply advanced filters on this report to get nice and concise results.
You can easily find them by clicking the "Advanced Filters" button of this report.

2. Cisco VPN Concentrator Logon Failures Report
This report displays a list of all those users who were not able to create a VPN session using a Cisco VPN Concentrator because of the logon
failure. Following filters can be applied on this report:
- CustomerID
- DeviceReportedTime
- SystemID
- FromHost
This report is generated on messages having Syslog tag = AUTH-4-5.
You can apply advanced filters on this report to get nice and concise results. You can easily find them by clicking the "Advanced Filters" button of this report.

3. Cisco VPN Concentrator Successful Sessions Report
This report displays a list of all those users who were able to successfully create a VPN Session using a Cisco VPN Concentrator.
Following filters can be applied on this report:

- SystemID
- FromHost
This report is generated on messages having Syslog tag = AUTH-5-22.
You can apply advanced filters on this report to get nice and concise results. You can easily find them by clicking the "Advanced Filters" button of this report.
