Available Windows Reports based on Windows Event Log Data
1. System Status Report
To monitor the health of a network is the system administrator's daily chore. Consequently it is important to keep all the log data manageable. To find information of your interest very quickly is essential. System Status Report gives you a detailed overview of your windows system. A drill down facility enables to quickly navigate to the desire information about the current system state. In order to keep the high amount of data manageable it uses an intelligent algorithm to consolidate the event logs. If necessary, you can go into detail to see all facts about errors, audit failures or whatever information the windows event log provides.

2. Last Logon Report
The last time a user was logged on is useful. Most utilize this kind of information in there auditing strategy. This report can display the last logons done on all machines. It displays the user name who logged on last on a specific machine along with the time. Last Logon Report is also capable of looking at those people who have not logged on for more than x number of days where x is a configurable option.

3. Log on Log off Report
Identifying which user was logged in and for which time period is a vital point. It is a common part of an auditing strategy, too. In some countries it is required by law to be able to provide such log on and log offs information (e.g. in health care business). This report shows an overview about “log ons” and “log offs” activity in your network. Further it can give details about each log on or log off such as user name, time, machine name and so on.

4. Needle in the Hay Stack Report
This report gives you an overview of you system by consolidating your data present in the huge data repository and displays you the least occurring events first and most occurring events last along with their counts. The reason for this display order is that the least occurring events in your network might be the most interesting events and hence should be displayed first.

5. User Activities Report
It is important to know what users do in your network. Here the User Activities Report comes into play. To get a first impression a chart shows the most active user in your network. Follow by a list which shows an overview about all user activities. To keep this information readable the user activities are subdivided into categories. If further details required, simply click the user name or the category you are interested in.
