Empty columns in some reports

Why do I see some empty columns in some reports that are generated by
MonitorWare Console?
Some of the reports that are generated by MonitorWare Console assume that on
your system MonitorWare Agent 2.0 is running (that does some extra parsing that
is needed by MonitorWare Console Report Engine to generate these reports). If it
is not running, then you will see some empty columns and in some cases the
report will not be generated altogether.
